NAVAL ARCHITECTURE AND OFFSHORE ENGG is the most demanding career in the marine field. Design companies, Shipyards, Ship Owners and Offshore companies all over the world are constantly in search of suitable NAVAL ARCHITECTS & OFFSHORE ENGG, ARIES INSTITUTE OF MARINE TECHNOLOGY conducts this unique course in India with foreign collaboration. The course is highly professional and mainly intended to get jobs abroad. Present market salary of a NAVAL ARCHITECTURE in the Middle East and Far East ranges from Rs. 60,000 to Rs.4,00,000 per month.
DURATION:
6 Months full time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
B Tech or B.E in Mechanical, Civil,
Production, or Petroleum Engineering.
COURSE STRUCTURE
The course includes theory, calculations and design drawings in the fields of NAVAL ARCHITECTURE, OFFSHORE ENGG, MARINE STRUCTURES, MARINE PIPING, MARINE MACHINERY and MARINE ELECTRICAL disciplines. The students will be given visit training on board ships for getting familiarized with marine systems and equipments. On successful completion of the course, there will be a final examination based on which the P.G Diploma will be awarded.
FACILITIES:
Fully networked computer facilities with the latest ship design and offshore design software packages are available. Highly qualified and experienced Naval Architects and Marine Engineers constitute the teaching faculty.
AIMT has a Placement Cell, which monitors the industry requirement of Marine Designers worldwide. On successful completion of the course, the candidates' names will be automatically enrolled into AIMT’s data bank for foreign placement. Depending on the requirement, AIMT will help the candidates in locating suitable foreign employment.
SYLLABUS :
Our syllabus is prepared based on German Ship Technology standard. A team of Doctorate holders trained in Germany in the field of Ship Technology constitutes the panel of advisors.
IINTAKE:
The intake is limited to 10 candidates per batch.
The course fee is payable in two installments.
